Terms and Conditions – Melbourne Cup 2019

This is a game of chance. Ticket holders that purchase their tickets before 23:59 October 31st will automatically be entered into the Lucky Draw; tickets bought after this date will not include entry to the competition. Data is captured through Eventbrite when tickets are purchased. Entries are limited to one per ticket and only ticket holders of Melbourne Cup presented by FV by Peppers, Foresters Restaurant & Bar, and Brokat Studio are eligible to enter. The prizes are non-transferrable and are as follows:

Prize one is accommodation at FV by Peppers. This is accommodation is for the day and night of the Melbourne Cup event in a 1 Bedroom Foresters Hall Apartment, with a 10am early check-in, parking, Wi-Fi, in-house movies, and a late check-out of 1pm. The prize is non-transferrable and must be used on November 5th 2019.

Prize two is dinner for the winner and five friends at Foresters Restaurant & Bar from Executive Chef Peter Popow. Prize valid to May 5th 2020.

Prize three is cocktails and dinner (from the Bar Eats menu) for two at Altitude Rooftop Bar. Prize valid to May 5th 2020.

Prize four is a $550 suit voucher for an intermediate level suit from Black Jacket Suiting. Prize valid to May 5th 2020.

Winners will be drawn and notified via email or mobile on November 1st. By entering this competition ticket holders agree to these terms and conditions. Event organisers reserve the right to change or modify these terms and conditions and cancel the competition should circumstances arise outside of their control.
